Good exercise for the core. Activates your obliques and intrinsic stabilizers of the trunk. Keep your arms locked and let your core move you rather than legs. Although in the video I am at a slight decline, you want to be parallel to the floor so use a stability ball that will allow that. Don’t mind my ashy knees.
